How to get a visa to Viet Nam?

STEP 1: Fill up the visa form online ONLINE APPLICATION FORM or send us manually the following informations to our email address  visa@applyvisatovietnam.org:

-         Full name (as appear in your passport):

-         Gender:

-         Nationality

-         Date of Birth

-         Type of visa:

-         Processing time

-         Propose date of arrival

-         Arrival time: ( only applicable for urgent visa outside office hours and during Sat, Sun, Public Holiday)

-         Flight Number: ( only applicable for urgent visa outside office hours and during Sat, Sun, Public Holiday)

-         Port of arrival ( Noi Bai, Da Nang, or Tan Son Nhat International airport)

STEP 2: We shall response to you within 2 hours during office hours and the next working days after office hours and send you the link to make payment

STEP 3: Upon receiving confirmation of your payment, we shall proceed with the application and send you the approval letter within 2 working days ( normal processing) or 8/4/1 hours (urgent case).

STEP 4: Print out the letter and bring along to Viet Nam. Upon arrival of Noi Bai or Da Nang or Tan Son Nhat International Airport, you will need to fill up a form + prepare 1 photo ( 3x4cm) + pay the stamp fee ( $25 or $50). Then , you will have a visa to be pasted on your passport.

NOTE: - In case you don’t have a photo, you can take it at Vietnam airport  ( The fee is USD 2/person).

- The stamp fee must be paid in cash (either in US dollar or VN dong), no credit/debit card accepted.
